Building empathy for how workers feel, think and act
Through comprehensive field research and business team collaboration, I led the creation of five personas for Beyond Blue's workplace mental health assessment project.
Personas were created from the synthesis and analysis of qualitative research (contextual interviews and observation). The personas were used to help the business understand their user's needs, goals, motivations and pain points, and to generate scenarios that were also used for information architecture evaluation and recommendations.

I also helped develop a new information architecture and content strategy for the Beyond Blue website, drawing on findings from card sort and tree-test activities.
These recommendations were tailored for ease of use by internal and external stakeholders (i.e. program management, marketing & communications, and design & development).
